360-Degree Tour
The European Union
On the occasion of the 2019 European elections, an illustrated 360 degree tour was developed for the Federal Agency for Civic Education. Here, children and young people can travel through the institutions of the EU, find out about the significance, origins and values of the EU and learn about the individual EU institutions.
The starting point for the concept is the poster on the European Union illustrated a few years ago for the bpb’s children’s Internet site.

The institutions depicted were illustrated in three dimensions and made “walkable”. As a “walker,” you dive into the poster, hovering at the beginning above the table of the European Council, and from there you reach the individual institution rooms.
